Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the findflowstate.app website, the FlowState self-serve demo, and the FlowState text-messaging program, all provided by Reiter Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the site or demo, or by opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

The website provides information about FlowState, and the demo lets you try a private, sample-data instance of the product for a limited period (currently seven days). Your ongoing, paid use of FlowState as a live product is governed by a separate customer agreement entered into when you subscribe.

Demo instances are provided for evaluation only, are pre-loaded with sample data, and may expire or be modified, suspended, or removed at any time. Do not use a demo instance to store real customer data or for production work.

You are responsible for activity under any credentials you create and for keeping them confidential.

FlowState includes a text-messaging program that a participating ski shop uses to text its customers about gear left for service. Reiter Solutions LLC operates the program and is the party that registers it with mobile carriers; the shop is the business you are dealing with for the service itself.

Consent: you join by opting in, either by checking the SMS consent box on a shop’s online service-request form or by confirming on an opt-in link a shop sends or prints for you. The consent box is never pre-selected. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and declining does not change the service a shop provides you. You confirm that the mobile number you give is yours and that you are authorized to receive messages on it; tell the shop if the number stops being yours.

Program content and frequency: this is a customer-care program. You will receive service updates and pickup alerts about your work order, plus any reply a shop staff member sends you. Message frequency varies and depends on your service visit — in typical use, a small number of messages per repair. We do not use this program to send recurring marketing or promotional messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery depends on your carrier and device.

Opting out and help: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact the shop using the number on your work order. Opting out of texts does not cancel your service order.

Your mobile number is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at findflowstate.app/privacy, which includes our commitment that mobile phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

You agree not to misuse the site or demo — including by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, reverse-engineering except as permitted by law, scraping at scale, infringing others’ rights, or using the service to violate any law.

The website, the FlowState software, and all related content, trademarks, and logos are owned by Reiter Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership; you receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the site and demo as intended.

The website and demo are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or demo will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reiter Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the website or demo. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or demo will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reiter Solutions LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the website or demo or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Utah, USA will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not subject to other agreement between us.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: hello@findflowstate.app.
