FlowState is built by Andy Reiter, the solo founder of Reiter Solutions. Before FlowState, Andy did DevOps work at Coveros and spent about five years at CrafterCMS as a Technical Support Engineer, then a Technical Account Manager.

Andy Reiter builds FlowState as the solo founder of Reiter Solutions. Andy holds a B.S. in computer science from Georgetown, did DevOps engineering at Coveros, and then spent about five years at CrafterCMS, first as a Technical Support Engineer and then as a Technical Account Manager. Andy grew up skiing Mammoth from age three, lives in Cottonwood Heights and holds an Alta season pass.
Early access, live at one shop
FlowState isn’t a prototype or a waitlist. It’s in early access at one ski shop, where staff take in gear and move work orders through to pickup.

The name comes from the water. The founder spent years reading it — competitive sailing, surfing, the quiet physics of a hull or a fin holding a line. The whole game is keeping laminar flow attached across the foil. Stay attached and speed carries. Detach, and drag wins.
Ski shops run on the same principle, just on land. A pair of skis moves through intake, the bench and back to the customer. When everyone can see where that pair is, the line stays attached through the rush. When they can’t, someone has to go and look.
FlowState is the system that keeps the line attached: one continuous flow from the customer’s drop-off to their pickup, built so a busy shop never loses the thread.
