Questions
Straight answers.
- Why isn’t there a price on the page?
- FlowState is in early access, and I talk pricing with each shop directly rather than publish it. Email me and I’ll answer for your shop.
- What does early access mean?
- One shop runs its bench on FlowState today: 7even Skis in South Salt Lake, Utah. I’m setting up new shops one at a time. You deal with me directly, from setup through the season.
- Is there a free trial?
- There’s a free 7-day demo shop with sample data and no card required. It’s for trying the workflow, and it expires on its own. A live shop is set up separately with me.
- What’s actually live today?
- Work orders from counter or online intake to pickup, the shared board, printable tags, signed mount agreements, the automatic ready email, the customer tracking page and shop insights. Texting and a shared text inbox are live too, and are set up for each new shop once the carriers approve it.
