- Why isn’t there a price on the page?
- Because we’d be making it up. We’re setting pricing with our founding shops so it reflects real value, not a guess. Early shops lock in founding rates.
- How does per-shop pricing work?
- You pay per location. A single shop starts simple; multi-location operations get a tailored arrangement and onboard new shops through configuration, not custom code.
- How is it billed — monthly or yearly?
- Per shop, your choice: month-to-month if you want flexibility, or a seasonal or annual plan for a lower rate. Annual saves the most. We’ll set the exact number with our founding shops — talk to us for the current rate.
- What’s actually live today?
- Digital work orders, the customer intake page, service history, and secure staff access. Automatic pickup notifications are the next thing we’re building.
