How Reiter Solutions LLC collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the FlowState website, demo, and text-messaging program.

Last updated: September 7, 2026

Who we are

FlowState is a work-order software product for ski and outdoor specialty shops, built and operated by Reiter Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy covers the findflowstate.app marketing website, the self-serve demo, and the FlowState text-messaging program described under “Text messaging (SMS)” below.

Other data that a ski shop’s own customers submit inside the FlowState application — service requests, equipment details, signed mounting agreements — is processed on behalf of that shop. The shop is the data controller for it, we are its processor, and that processing is governed by our separate customer agreement rather than this policy. The text-messaging section below is the exception: it describes how we handle mobile phone numbers in that program, and it applies to you whether you are a shop or a shop’s customer.

Information we collect

Information you provide: when you contact us, request early access, subscribe to updates, or start a demo, we collect what you submit — typically your name, email address, shop name, and any message content.

Information collected automatically: when you visit the site we collect usage and device data (pages viewed, links clicked, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and referring page) through privacy-conscious product analytics, plus standard server logs.

Cookies and similar technologies: we use a small number of cookies and local storage for analytics and to remember your consent choice. A bot-protection check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs on form submissions.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiries and provide the demo you request; to send product updates and marketing you have opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time); to operate, secure, and improve the website and product; and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

How information is shared

We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the site and product — for example analytics (PostHog), database and authentication (Supabase), transactional email (Resend), hosting (Vercel), and security/CDN (Cloudflare). These providers are bound to use the data only to provide their services to us.

The providers named above serve the marketing website and the demo. Mobile phone numbers collected for the text-messaging program are not among the data they receive; see “Text messaging (SMS)” below for the vendors that do handle mobile numbers.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or in connection with a business transfer. Otherwise we do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messaging (SMS)

FlowState includes a text-messaging program that a participating ski shop uses to text you about gear you have dropped off with it. You join the program by giving your consent — checking the SMS consent box when you request service online, or confirming on the opt-in link a shop sends or prints for you. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything, and declining does not affect the service you receive.

What we send: service updates and pickup alerts about a specific work order, plus any reply a member of the shop’s staff sends you in an ongoing conversation. This is a customer-care program. We do not send recurring marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages through it.

Message frequency: message frequency varies and depends on your service visit. In typical use you will receive a small number of messages per repair — usually one message when your gear is ready for pickup, plus any replies exchanged with the shop.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply to messages you send and receive; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and getting help: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact the shop directly using the phone number on your work order.

Mobile numbers are not shared. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent records with any third party for that party’s own marketing, advertising, lead-generation, or promotional purposes, and we do not share them with affiliates for those purposes. No mobile number collected for this program is passed to any analytics, advertising, or marketing platform. Mobile information is disclosed only to the vendors that operate the service on our behalf and are contractually restricted to that use: Twilio Inc., which transmits the messages; our cloud hosting provider, which runs the database the number is stored in; and Cloudflare, which stores our encrypted-at-rest backups and signed service documents. We may also disclose a number where the law requires it. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

What we record: the mobile number in normalized form, the exact consent wording you agreed to, when you agreed to it, and how you opted in. That record is what lets us evidence your consent, so we keep it for as long as we may need to demonstrate it and do not delete it when a work order closes. To ask about the mobile number or consent record we hold for you, email hello@findflowstate.app.

Analytics and your choices

Our analytics are served through a same-origin path to improve reliability. You can decline non-essential analytics via the consent banner on the site, use your browser’s privacy controls, or contact us to opt out.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, to maintain our relationship with you, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes — after which we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@findflowstate.app and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site and product are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Questions or requests: hello@findflowstate.app.

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used, including anonymous session recording. You can opt out anytime.
